What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Email hello@akaayu.com to initiate a return.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is available for ₹199. Orders over ₹2,000 ship free via standard.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon — join our newsletter to be notified.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track orders at /track-order.
Are your products sustainably made?
Yes. We work with certified suppliers who use sustainable materials and ethical manufacturing practices. Read more on our Sustainability page.
What sizes do you carry?
We carry XS through XL. Each product page includes a size guide. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, they enter fulfillment. Contact us immediately at hello@akaayu.com.
